Pharmaceuticals sciences can be broadly classified into the following main categories, with many specialized fields within each category, like Drug discovery and design , New drug development (API) , Formulation and development , Drug delivery Drug action , Clinical sciences , Drug Analysis , Regulatory Affairs , Patent etc.
ABOUT THE COURSE:

Human Anatomy and Physiology, About the disease, causes of disease, pathophysiology, role of vital organs, Pharmaceutical inorganic and organic chemistry about Medicines, Structure of medicine, chemical synthesis of medicines, Pharmaceutical analysis in this students will study the analysis or testing of pharmaceutical drugs and formulation, their purity and assay, quality control and quality assurance of medicines, Pharmacology will teach how medicines works in the body, mechanism of action of the drug, pharmacokinetics and dynamics of the drug. Pharmacognosy will teaches the study of herbal drugs, standardization of herbal drugs by their Microscopical and Macroscopical study, Extraction and Isolation of the chemical constituents from the Medicinal Plants.

Eligibility: Minimum qualification for admission to —
- First year B. Pharm —A pass in any of the following examinations —
- Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually at least 50 % marks.
